I'm an award winning editor. I'm also a filmmaker, writer and actor. 
I know what makes a good reel.
There is no longer a commercial reel, an acting reel, and a sizzle reel. There is only ONE REEL you need and it has to be 2 MINUTES of LESS (preferably 1 minute of less) and it has to be solid for every second.
It is harder to make something shorter! You need the right editor for your reel to stand out.
